I'm taking on the Camino de Santiago Challenge again... and I want you to walk it with me!

#WalkWithMe, in aid of Hospice Malta!

The best pleasures in life come from doing more than what is expected of you. Whilst doing what is expected of you helps you keep your to-do list short, many times, this is not as fulfilling as doing something that positively affects someone else.

In May 2022, I took on my first ever Camino de Santiago Challenge, walking 130km from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela; raising raising €15,000 in order to build an outdoor-playground as part of a school in Ethiopia through The Jonathan Chetcuti Program. A gesture that I hope continued to keep the memory of my buddy, my mate, my business partner and my best friend, Jonathan Chetcuti, alive.

Over two years ago, Jon lost a hard-fought battle with illness but since then through my fond memories, our company – The Concept Stadium, and now The Jonathan Chetcuti Program, I have vowed to continue our dream of giving back to the community, not only for the sake of Publicity or Corporate Social Responsibility but because it is what it is – fulfilling

That is why last June, during the “Bl-Imħabba Naslu” Telethon organised by Hospice Malta, I pledged to walk the Camino de Santiago for a second time, in 2023, this time round raising funds for this hardworking organisation.

Following Jon’s demise, Hospice Malta immediately stepped in, to offer its free bereavement support to myself and the team members over at The Concept Stadium to help us all cope with such a difficult loss. I will never forget the heartfelt support of Hospice Malta and that is why now, I want to go a literal extra step to show my gratitude. Additionally, working with Hospice Malta as their Creative Marketing Agency of choice has helped us understand more just how much work they do and how much support they give to thousands of individuals going through difficult circumstances.

This time round, however, I don’t simply plan to take on the challenge, and raise funds for Hospice Malta by myself. I want you…yes YOU…to join me in this journey to Santiago. Make this Camino de Santiago Challenge also your new year’s resolution and help me raise funds for Hospice Malta.

If you are interested in going the extra mile, or better yet the extra 130km, fill in the relevant form below, and I will get in touch with you at a later stage for more information.

Looking forward to what is to come!
